This year our Prune and release project was done near Sugar Bay. It was a cold, and very snowy morning! The snow was coming down down so hard that we had to quit by 10:30 am as we weren't sure if one of the vehicles would make it back up the hill to Marshburg. The snow also made the pruning rather difficult because you are looking up the whole time, and the snow would cover your face and eye protection. But it was a beautiful morning regardless. I didn't get many pictures because there were only a few of us there, and we were pretty busy.

Helping out this day were Scott Reitz, biologist with the ANF, Bob Boyer, Merle Caldwell, Rian Rich, Robert Schmidt, and Guy Waldman. We pruned 15-20 trees, and did alot of release cutting.
