Membership Information

If you would like to sign up for a membership online, simply fill out the form below and submit it.

KFWA Memberships

Kinzua Fish & Wildlife Association (KFWA) offers several types of memberships:

  1. Individual - $5 per year.
  2. Club - Minimum contribution is $25. The number of individual membership cards given will be determined by the club's contribution.
  3. Master - $25 minimum contribution by an individual.
  4. Business or Camp - $25 minimum contribution. Business or Camp Members will receive six membership cards for each $25 contributed.

Next year, our dues may be increasing, so sign up today! Fill out the form, and send us your check for the total to KFWA, PO Box 454, Kane, Pa 16735-0454. We'll send you out a membership once your check is received.
